Harry Anderson is an artist adept at taking salvaged items like teapots, toy cars, cocktail shakers, View Masters, saw blades and farm implements and using them in witty improvisational
Illuminations and installations.
Presented here are sculptures and installations created from metal, hand blown glass and recycled materials / found objects (artifacts not originally intended for use in or as art, but found by Anderson and in which he finds aesthetic value). Employing materials as varied as household items found at a flea market and tools and equipment from industrial salvage yards the artist creates artworks that are both whimsical and thought provoking.
A portfolio of the sculptural lamps and chandeliers Harry Anderson creates is included.
